Perito Moreno Glacier
Perito Moreno Glacier is located in front of the Magallanes peninsula, about 80 kilometers from the village El Calafate. It is spread over the south branch of Lago Argentino, to get there you must take the Provincial Route number 11 that connects the town to Punta Bandera, and then a few kilometers down the road to the Magallanes Peninsula, where there are paths located in front of the glacier.
It has a front of five kilometers long and sixty feet high, so it is considered one of the world's most impressive glaciers.
